Daroca de Rioja is a privileged enclave in terms of the richness of its vegetation, from its fertile orchard, which nourishes spring and summer dishes, to the mixed forest that provides a great variety of mushrooms that are the star of autumn cuisine. The mountains are also home to native fauna, present in winter game dishes.

Our cuisine is based on the pantry of the environment, on the knowledge and use of the raw materials that nature provides us.

Our garden, cultivated in an environmentally friendly way, is the fundamental pillar of our menu. Products harvested daily and whose flavours, aromas and textures are enjoyed directly at the table.
