Absolutely all the ingredients used are sustainably sourced and even a few come from the restaurant's own garden. This means that some of the herbs and fruits used are “kilometre 0” products, meaning they have no environmental impact. In addition, there is no waste, as everything is reused in the kitchen to create small details that complete each drink.
