Welcome to Casa Eladio! Casa Eladio was founded in 1965 by my grandfather Eladio Cabello Serrano. It began as a food house where menus were given to more than 300 people a day. In 1979 my father, Jose Eladio Cabello Santaella, took over the business and with him it evolved all these years to a tablecloth restaurant always around traditional cuisine. On April 8, 2017, I took on the challenge of being the third generation of the family in charge of a restaurant. A restaurant with more than 50 years of history. After training at the La Cónsula Hospitality School (Málaga) together with great professionals and spending several years working in the kitchens of great Spanish Chefs. Thanks to the support of my father, we reopened a renovated and modernized Casa Eladio where we develop a product kitchen rooted in our land. Working closely with all of our growers. This is one of our fundamental pillars, our product and our traditional recipe book. Enjoy the experience.
