Welcome to Brugarol Barcelona, located in the heart of the Gothic Barcelona, almost hidden among its alleys, is a small restaurant for 21 diners where you can taste tapas.

We are passionate about contemporary cuisine and the concept of raw cuisine. We define ourselves as a tapas bar inspired by Japanese Izakaya bars.

We make Japanese-inspired tapas with more traditional than modern reminiscences.

Most of our products come from Brugarol, Palamós, in the heart of the Empordà, where culture, history and gastronomy become character and landscape. A sea and mountain that make up a whole. Air, fire and marine winds are what our ingredients bring us.

Our food is directly connected and inspired by our own farms and our producers. We gastonomic understanding is closely linked to the seasonal changes and what the earth and sea gives us.

Our travels to Japan have taught us the respect of Japanese gastronomy and the use of great produce.We have found a clear and clean connection with our Catalan ingredients with the use of Japanese techniques.

Brugarol X Events

Brugarol X Events transports us to the heart and soul of our farms, farmers, caregivers and the love we have for our heritage in Palamós, Costa Brava. With the eyes and hands of great craftsmanship we have given life to pieces of the farm in our restaurant Brugarol X.

Here we do corporate events, large groups for special occasions, art exhibitions, collaborations and outdoor catering.
