Here you’ll be able to get to know the pizzas of Mauro Soggiu, one of the creators of what is considered one of New York’s best pizzas, with Borja Veguillas, the hotel’s executive chef, by his side.

The pizza dough is well-balanced and tasty, as dictated by Neapolitan tradition, baked to perfection in our Pavesi ovens. The ingredients are of superior quality, and are authentic and eco-sustainable.

Above the restaurant, on the Rooftop, there is a small urban garden where part of the ingredients used to make pizzas come from, which as a matter of fact: are incredible, grown to be shared and eaten with gusto!
