At Normal we want to dress ourselves with pause, joy, succulence, flavor. To share the legacy of three generations with a wonderful team that represents us. With a kitchen that is Earth, Mother, female, matriarchal, generational testimony from our grandmother Angeleta and our mother Montserrat to the new generations with our head chef Elisabet Nolla.
